1. In the event that, for any reason, the plot cannot be registered within the timeline specified by the Company, the Company reserves the full right to transfer the said plot to another party. However, the booking amount deposited by me shall remain secured with the Company. Whenever I wish to purchase a plot in the near future, the previously deposited amount will be duly adjusted against any ongoing project of the Company.
2. If, for any reason, I choose to cancel the plot booking, the Company shall refund the remaining amount by way of a post-dated cheque, after deducting 5% of the deposited sum as cancellation charges. Such refund shall be processed within a maximum period of 6 months (180 days) from the date of receiving the written cancellation request.
3. If the booked plot is re-allotted to another customer, the Company shall refund the entire booking amount to the original customer within 30 days from the date of such rebooking, through a Company-issued cheque.
4. If any customer does not have the complete amount required for registry, then for all such customers the company offers "Saket Vihar under which they can book their plot and obtain an Allotment Letter. Within a period of 24 months, the customer may cancel the pre-booking and Allotment Letter of "Saket Vihar" currently being operated by the company, and upon depositing the remaining balance amount, they may proceed with the registry of their original plot.
5. Until the customer completes the registry, the company shall provide an estimated monthly return of 3% from its business profit on the booking amount deposited under "Saket Vihar". If the customer fails to complete the registry within 24 months, then the boeking and Allotment Letter of "Saket Vihar" shall automatically stand cancelled, and the customer's booking amount will be refunded back to their account. Beyond this, the company shall bear no further accountability regarding the said booking.
Note.The "Saket Vihar" is specially operated by the company with the purpose of benefiting every income group and encouraging them towards plot ownership. However, under this "Saket Vihar", there is no provision for Registry, Development, or Possession.
6. I have read and thoroughly understood the above information, I am completely agreed & satisfied with the company's policy Today I am booking my plot under the above mentioned terms and conditions.
7. According to terms & conditions, All types of disputes between the Company and the customer will be resolved such as through negotiation, mediation or litigation.
Clearly mentioned all the rights are reserved by the the company and seeking only in Lucknow Jurisdiction.
